During this time she was also the Onshore and Offshore student adviser often teaching in Singapore and Hong Kong with a diverse group of students. Angela’s degree in Horticulture has also led to a lifelong passion for plants, animals and sustainable environments and she uses Nature Therapy as part of her counselling practice.

Working with retired racehorses that have been retrained as therapy horses, Angela has been able to include them as part of her counselling practice. Using both contemporary and creative therapies such as Equine Assisted Therapy, Play Therapy, Nature Therapy, Narrative Therapy and Mindfulness are key aspects of her counselling approach.

Catherine is a Creative Arts Therapist with a Graduate Diploma in Therapeutic Art Practice. In addition to her BA in Interior Design, she now combines horses and using a multi modal arts discipline within Equine & Arts Assisted Therapy.

Her work is informed by her multi modal arts therapy and is experientially based incorporating horses, time & space and creative expression for healing within a safe nature environment.

Catherine has worked extensively alongside children and adults and believes the creative arts process is beneficial for wellbeing in that it promotes self-awareness, self-esteem and reduces stress.

At Red Hill Farm Therapies, Catherine works alongside an enthusiastic, likeminded team incorporating an all -inclusive creative arts practice and drawing from her experiences with horses, expressive arts and nature for healing to occur within a natural and safe environment.

Catherine is also planning to complete her Masters in Narrative Therapy this year.Kell
